Waypoint ESC just beeps

I just bought a second hand plane that came with an e-flite park 450 motor and unlabeled ESC. The ESC as is does not run the motor and I can't find any generic programming instructions that matches...

Thanks guys, ended up buying from A Main Hobbies, was a little more expensive, but they have a "rush order" feature and the UPS shipping is cheaper :)

Standard servo power usage
