battery dies fast

So this is my problem , see I have been doing this for a few years and with my airplanes the battery's held up pretty good ,but with the drone turning 4 rotors it shows up fast .,thank you

drone battery dies after 1 year ,why?

I have a larger glow inthe dark elite Orinon drone and it akes a 2S 1200 30C battery I purchase 2 new ones a year ago well this winter both battery's died after 1 minute in the flight.

Is it OK to put a few pieces of Velcro on a lipo pack so it doesn't move in the fuselage ? If so whats a good glue to hold to the battery with, sometimes I found the Velcro 's adhesive isnt very good...

thanks , also Im told never use a 3S 1300mah with a speed 400.and 5x3 prop,its a darn shame I have all these motors even speed 600's and now that Im going into lips , I cant get away with it.thanks
