If the shuttle is flying in a nice stable way then it cant be that the CG is too far back.. If it was a too far rearward CG then you would almost certainly have crashed on the maiden, or...

Well done in getting the Shuttle down for a perfect landing. The turns did look 'hairy'.. mucho loss of altitude. Do you think this was due only to the nose heaviness or is power a bit marginal too?...
