tip stall

Do you turn into a tip stall or try to rudder out of one?
Also, what are the proper take off techniques for flying off of water? I would tink the floats are going to be a bit easier?

Keep the power 32! Just keep it. better ballance esp for floats and to run a 13x 6.5 or 13x8. Someone reccomended this to me and Im glad I listened.
