It looked to me like you had adequate speed for take-off. Just not enough elevator. Check your CG. It won't rotate if you have moved the CG too far forward.

I did fly it last weekend. Keeps this old fella on his toes. It tends to keep floating when landing.

The receivers can be bound to match the transmitter and changed to another Transmitter if so desired.

The glider or plane doesn't matter. It is the receiver that goes in it...
