5S would definitely help the power a lot. You need to watch your Amps though. It looks like you've got plenty of cooling to handle the higher power.

Modelling the H-4

Hmmm, 320' WS divided by 4 = 80' WS. Foam probably isn't the best choice.

How about 1/16th scale? 320' / 16 = 20' WS. This would be comparable to Mac Hodges' B29. Now that's doable, though...
