It sounds like you may not have enough head...

It sounds like you may not have enough head speed. Whether the motor is bogging from too much pinion at full pitch or the battery is sagging from too much current or the pinion is too small I dunno....

What batteries? And how hot is the motor getting? You may need to go up or down a pinion size or three.

Swash set to '1 Servo' and '90 Deg'. Curves...

Swash set to '1 Servo' and '90 Deg'.

Curves set similar to the setup in the Finless vids although you may want to limit your pitch to +/-8 deg or so. You want good head speed but not too much....
