Just got back.....I was one of 2 guys there....they fed me really well though, so it was well worth going to....full belly = happy Murphy......;-)

Do you mean healthy as in burgers and hot dogs Murph!!! My wife is about to leave on a 10 day business trip to open a new store in Kansas. Just me and my three boys for ten days. I hope I let them live through it!! Ha ha!!! Steve

Yes I am indeed just a few miles from some good sized hills.....I bet I could find a good slope to fly off of.

Also I am thinking of buying a Kite....I saw a DR1 Kite at the hobby shop...hahhaahha

Guys, check out "Dogfights" on the History channel, it is featuring WWI dogfights! I just watched it...sorry didn't think about posting earlier...it's on again in a couple of hours.

I seen part of it. I'd just come in after a long day of flying. I turned on the TV and it was a Dr1 and a few SE5s.

All day we chased each other around with my SE5a and his Dr1.:D

it seems to be an entire series about the aircraft carrier USS Enterprise in WWII. still worth watching though.
