Modifying a Parkzone Radian

Thought I'd start a new thread about modified Parkzone Radian's so that other threads on the Radian and Radian Pro stay on topic.
I am covering my Radian in balsawood, changing the wing and tailplane incidence( angle of attack).
Why you might ask??
My Radian has seen better days, I have broken the fuselage in half, split the wing along the joiner rod , rough landings on grass have chipped of piece's of foam.
Instead of throwing the fuselage away and buying new, I thought I would modify with supplies I have spare.
I welcome anyone who wish's to post there own modifications.
Give some reasons why cause I reckon some people would wonder why anyone would want to change such an awesome glider.

I've finally gotten to the computer to post.
Just to point out I'm only doing this because I don't have the money to buy new parts and have another sailplane almost finish which I think will take over from the Radian.
What I planned to do and what I have already done is to change the angle of attach of the main wing,( making a new wing saddle ,cutting out foam for the new position) changing the angle of incidence of the horizontal tailplane and for the time being covering just the fuselage in 0.8mm balsa wood.
First thing was to mark a datum line to take measurements.
holding the plane at an angle that it would be if it was flying and marking a line from the centre of the motor along the fuselage, my guesstimate just above the rear landing skid.
After that I worked out the chord line of the wing and made the changes to it's placement on the fuselage.
I did some balsawood bending with some ammonia to make the wing saddle from 3mm balsa.
I then traced the outline on the fuselage and removed the excess foam.
