John! Man it sure is good to hear from you. Glad you got there safe and hopefully you are easing back into the German way of life mit dem schnitzels und das Autobahn mit de AUSFAHRTS! ;)

Have you gotten your ground shipment yet?

Hope you find some time to do a little flying amidst the PCS chaos.

    Tschüs, friend!

    Tally Ho John....
I hope you're all settled in by now and things are going well for you and the family.
Josh and I have been trying to fight the wind here but still managing to get some flight time in. I've stepped up to Dx7 just the other day - haven't even got it all programmed it yet. I hope it solves some of my problems with the Gee Bee. If not I fear my reputation as a Gee Bee pilot will be severely dashed....I've gotten really good at rebuilding though.
I tried to find a Spitfire and was lookinga the Kyosho . Everything looks good including the spiit flaps and retracts but can't get past the ugly flat bottom fuse. But......a new Black Horse Models 58" Wedell Williams "Red Lion" came out and, well, yeah anyway FedEx is suppose to it delivered Saturday.
I need to build an addition on the house.
Take care bud...write when you can.
    Dick

Sorry to hear that John. But, there's an RC Fly In in Killeen 6/13/09 - next weekend at Hall Field Big Bird Site if you're familiar with it..... Maybe we could get together for that?
It's listed an AMA "Class C non rule book Event....." Sounds totaly informal. Maybe we could meet you for the day there? I'll try and call you this weekend..I think I have your cell no.

Hello John - Let us know when you can get together before your dpt.....there may be an event wecan all attend this month and maybe even do some flying.
The Wedell Williams flies great....a little more power would be nice but it's adequate. Lots of drag!
