Hey LT- I might have figured out part of the problem launching the GWS P-40. I got to thinking about not having the power, and went and checked my radios sub trims, and discovered that it was set at 0. I have since adjusted it to +125% and now I am just waiting for good weather. We'll see

Guy I am needing a couple of small lipo packs right away. If you are going to be able to come I can buy them from you and you can bring them with you this weekend to the fly in. If not I will have to do something else. So let me know when you can ok?

Hey Jack. The ParkZone Stryker B uses a 480 brushed motor, with a part number PKZ1216. The HobbyZone Supercub uses a 450 brushed motor, with a part number HBZ7134. The two motors LOOK like they're the same physical size, but the fact that one is a "480" and the other is a "450" gives me reason to believe they are different motors. This would be a good question for Horizon Hobby. Another idea would be to go to a Local Hobby Shop, hold both motors in your hands and inspect the writing on the motor cans themselves. Let me know what you find out!

    Hey Guy
Question, is the 480 brushed motor in the b model stryker the same as the 450 motor in the gearbox on supercub? Any idea?

Hey Naldr. Which nose art are you speaking of? I'm a big fan of nose art as well, and try to put some form of historically accurate nose art on every airplane I fly (they're all WWII warbirds). :) I lived in OKC for quite a while as well -- off on on between 1969 and 1987. Maybe we bumped into eachother a few times! :D
