    Hi Larry,

I cant quite tell where you guys are talking about for the CG. Sounds like its in the ball park for the location I marked on that picture I posted in Chellies thread though.

If so - your probably close enough CG wise.

Id try again with the mains more forward and maybe even go ahead and extend the nose gear so you have at least a hair of positive angle of attack.

The one thing you do not want is to take off with the mains too far back. The plane will have a tendancy to over rotate all of a sudden once it reaches flying speed. Thats no fun at all!

I think you are close to having a flyable model. Im certain its a simple thing like gear placement or cg thats causing problems. I dont see adding a KF airfoil helping significantly.

During the first couple of flights the forward wing had no movable control. I have just added the controls and have then y-ed in to the rear controls which are elevons. It has not flown with this configuration yet. I had the main gear set pretty far back and have moved them forward very close to what glide test showed to be the CG. I was going to attach a pic of where we thought the CG should be. If I haven't sent the link to the DaJet build here it is.

Page 7 is where the third builder started.
