Howdy! I hope everything is going for you and yours these days. Anyway I wanted to know what site you purchased the paper SR-71 off of. As I am a big fan of that particular aircraft. Also got my plane rebuilt. Have a great day!

Good morning Chellie , I was just reading thru a few threads and saw a post you recently wrote that contained info about the eflite power 60 400kv motor . since you have steered so many in the correct direction I wanted your opinion on a plane I just purchased it is an 60"extreme flight edge 540t I got it off of my local craigslist It came with a power 60 and a 75 amp ice speed control currently has a 15x7 prop since I already have 6s 3000 packs for my trex 500 and will at the end of this month be receiving my new elite carbon z cub which suggests 6s3200 packs plan on running 6s3000-3500 or so packs in all 3 aircraft how do you think my new edge will be if I run the motor and speed control, prop and packs I mentioned what kind of performance and speed will I see and what kind of flight times could be expected

Did you ever learn where the plans for the large FFF wing that Stevecooper showed a while back was buried?

I am sure you meant to make a joke suggesting what you did... :)

Yes, there are literally hundreds of CNC facilities here in Houston...thoursands within

I suppose if $ was of no object one would not mind going over to ROMCO give Bob my files and return in three days to pick up everything.

Do you have any idea what the $:hour rate is in a CNC shop...much less overhead
that pervents their considering doing such our of the goodness of their heart.

I get the feeling you were serious...interesting.

Obenberger is a friend and fellow modeler. He has made aluminum components for me
in the past. Bob, nor 99.9% of all CNC turn and burners work with XPS High Load 60
    Styrofoam polystyrene.

I was askng if you personally know an rc modeler with a CNC mill and does XPS milling.

I designed 1:8.7669 Boeing B-47 Stratojets for EDF. Our CAD person created .stl files for milling. Inboard nacelle is 20.7735" X (L) 'tween frnt inlet face & exhst outlet ..not rear of nacelle.

Inboard nacelle = 9.113" Y(W) @ widest. This results in nacelle inlet (face) a seperate piece milled forward of a line on sides, top and bottom.

Split rear section following virtual horiz line @ exhaust exit. This is similar to removable nacelle front. Next split vertical center line frnt seperation line back to vertual horiz line @ exhaust exit...not nacelle rear.

This permits X,Y,Z 3 axis milling. Slice cut sections as normal. Sections are reassembled to form nacelle then hot wire internal cavities.

Can you assist me to find a domestic modeler with CNC mill?
